The hotel was central and close enough to walk everywhere, the room was spacious and QUIET so we could always look forward to going back to it after a long day our exploring

Location within 4-5 minutes walk of St Mark's Square. Staff were very helpful and courteous before and during our stay. Room was well appointed with a canal view and a good size. Breakfast/lunch/dinner available on-site along with a bar.

Beautiful room after paying for an upgrade. The staff around the hotel are fantastic, fast, polite.

It's a fabulous location, close to Piazza San Marco but in a quiet place on the channel. What is more important is that the hotel is VERY clean (seriously, the cleaning staff are incredibly attentive) and has brand-new furniture and equipment - a rare find in Venice. Highly recommended.

This hotel was in the perfect location to explore Venice, everything was within walking distance & our room overlooking the canal was very comfortable. The staff were friendly & we were even able to check in to our room early.

Just love, love, love this hotel. A home away from home. A room with a great view, in an ideal location. Unique and tasteful interior. Most importantly, the staff are the nicest people, who make you feel welcome, cared for and really invest in every detail. My boyfriend had a birthday while staying at the hotel, when we arrived at the hotel in the evening we found a gift and a letter left by the hotel for him. There are many examples of how these people notice every detail and really want to make your stay the best. The comfort of the bed was super, the pillows are wonderful (I'm very picky about them). Breakfast, better than most restaurants! 10/10! My absolute favorite hotel! PS! Ladies: The hotel has GHD hair dryers!

Everything was amazing! We stayed in the family room, which was super spacious with two large bedrooms and two big bathrooms. The bathrobes were incredibly fluffy and long and even had cozy hoods! We were greeted with complimentary champagne Brut, cookies, water, coffee, and tea. The room smelled fresh and new, and we had four windows in our room plus one in the kids' room, offering a stunning view of the gondolas passing by and the bridge. The hotel checked us in early and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage to explore and tour Burano and Murano. It was a wonderful experience!
